October seminar at the company headquarters with a practical demonstration
On October 6, 2021, we organized a seminar focusing on reaming very precise holes on a CNC machining centre. Part of the meeting was a practical demonstration on a specific example.
We dealt with the problem of reaming holes on CNC machining centres with tool rotation in the degree of accuracy from IT6, diameter ø 6-25 mm and hole depth up to 4D with high productivity and stability of the production process. The entire working procedure was presented on a practical example and enabled a detailed demonstration of the sub-processes - from machine adjustment, drilling and reaming, to the evaluation of the accuracy of the diameter, roundness, cylindricality and surface quality.
The participants were given the opportunity to borrow the presented tools and try them out in their own production. The seminar took place free of charge, with active participation and from our point of view with maximum satisfaction and efficiency
