2. The legal basis for processing personal data

2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to the administrator within the terms of Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “Regulation“).

3. The purpose of processing personal data

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send commercial information and the administrator’s other marketing activities with regard to your person.

3.2. There is no automated individual decision-making in the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

4. Period of storage of personal data

4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the administrator is 15 years from the end of the contractual relationship, but not after you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of procesing).

6. Rights of the data subject

6.1.
